Setup reaction roles in a channel

Required permissions: manage_roles and manage_channels to use the reactionrole setup!

How to setup?

reactionrole add <channel> <message_id> <emoji> <role>

How to remove reaction roles?

;reactionrole remove <channel> <message_id> <emoji>
